我最近遇到了同样的问题。删除 node_modules 文件夹并再次运行 npm install 不再解决问题。

您收到此错误的原因是因为 babel-cli 需要全局安装，而不是作为项目依赖项。

运行 npm install -g babel-cli 全局安装。

然后可以将 Babel-preset-es2015 作为项目的开发依赖项安装 npm install --save-dev babel-preset-es2015
