code.google.com 已关闭，这是无法再使用的旧导入路径。该错误告诉您出了什么问题，该路径无法导入，因为它不存在(尝试在浏览器中访问它)。
您可能会花很多时间修复旧的导入，结果却发现包已经更改并且无法再编译，所以我建议从最新版本开始并联系 github 的作者。 github 上的 com/ipfs/go-ipfs，或者选择另一个包来使用。
