我通过下载 phpunit 源代码并使用它进行调试找到了解决方案。

我们将 Bootstrap.php 文件中的目录更改为不同的位置，然后运行 ​​phpunit 命令。我们从项目根文件夹运行 phpunit 命令，然后将工作目录更改为测试文件夹，因为我们使用的是相对路径。我将所有内容更改为绝对路径(使用 __DIR__)，因此我们不必再更改工作目录。

底线:不要更改引导文件中的目录，因为它会导致 phpunit 失败并显示此错误消息:无法读取 phpunit.xml。
