原来我们有一个加载DLL的exe。 DLL 包含 WCF 客户端。 编译时，会生成 MyServer.dll.config，但由于 exe 是 native 的(不是 .NET)，它不会自动读入 .config 文件。我们需要手动完成。 这个链接允许我手动加载配置并创建一个 CustomChannelFactory<> 来解决这个问题。
