解决方案是将 MySQL dll 作为应用程序的一部分包含在内。在发布应用程序设置下将 dll 设置为“包含本地”和/或“包含”。
这样，当部署您的 ClickOnce 应用程序时，dll 将与其一起部署到本地，并且不会在 GAC 中查找它。
通常，GAC 中的东西安装在那里供其他应用程序共享，就 ClickOnce 而言，通常作为先决条件安装。不必将组件包含在您的应用程序中可以减少部署的大小，当然，还可以让您的应用程序使用已在 GAC 中共享的组件。
