popoverView - 它的初始大小应与 popover 的内容大小和用途相同 UIViewAutoresizingFlexibleWidth | UIViewAutoresizingFlexibleHeight

tblViewMenu - 它的初始大小应该与其祖先(popoverView)的大小相同，再次使用 UIViewAutoresizingFlexibleWidth | UIViewAutoresizingFlexibleHeight

您的表格没有滚动，因为它太大了，不需要滚动。只有弹出框在剪裁它。
