解决方法很愚蠢但很有效，在第一个控件之后添加一个宽度为 0 的虚拟面板。如果您正在与设计器一起执行此操作，则先将其放下并将其拖动到正确的位置，即第一个控件的右侧。然后在 Properties 窗口中将其 Margin 设置为 (0, 0, 0, 0) 并将 Size 设置为 (0, 0)。
