刚遇到同样的问题。就我而言，解决方案是为内容包指定一个不同的名称。我认为发生这种情况是因为 IIS 拦截了请求并将包名称视为目录，并且由于 Content 文件夹确实存在，它返回了禁止的错误。因此，您可以将 ~/Content/themes/elevation 重命名为 ~/css/themes/elevation
